Customer Reviews
Decent food, slow delivery
I ordered the Limited Ingredient Diet Dog Food and my dog took to it well, which is great for his allergies. The packaging was good and the food seems high quality. However, the delivery took 8 days to reach Seattle, which felt a bit long compared to other online pet stores I've used. While happy with the product itself, I do wish shipping was a bit faster. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, though.
Good first order value
I was looking for some good quality food for my cat with a sensitive stomach, and Nootie Koha Pet came up. I saw they had a first-order discount which made a big difference. I got the Shredded Canned Cat Food and a variety pack of Poke Bowls. The savings were enough that I felt comfortable trying out a few different kinds without breaking the bank. It felt like a really good deal overall for the quality of food.
Dog liked the new food
My dog has a really sensitive tummy, so finding new food is always a gamble. I decided to try the Minimal Ingredient Duck Dog Food from Koha and it actually went really well. She ate it all up without any problems. The website was easy enough to use, and it shipped pretty fast to my place in Texas. Glad I gave them a shot.
Consistent quality, reliable service
This was my third order from Nootie Koha Pet, and as usual, everything was consistent. I always get the Sensitive Stomach Cat Food for my older cat. The food quality has been reliable every time, and the packaging is always secure. My past orders have arrived within a reasonable timeframe, usually 4-5 days, and this one was no different. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they deliver on it.
My cat loves it!
My cat absolutely adored the Pate Canned Cat Food! I've been looking for something new for her and this was a hit. The shipping was fast and everything arrived perfectly. I'm so happy I found this store and will definitely be ordering again. I've already told my sister about it for her dog!

Do they ship to Canada? Or is it US only?
Hey guys, thinking of trying Koha for my cat with a sensitive stomach. How long does shipping usually take to, say, California?
Does anyone know if Koha is mostly grain-free? Trying to keep my dog on a strict grain-free diet.
What's their return policy like? My dog is super picky and sometimes won't touch new food.
Anyone know if they do any special discounts for first-time buyers? I'm looking to grab a bunch of their limited ingredient stuff.
